Summary: Better Play is a casino deals comparison site. We collect minimal data (browsing analytics and any contact details you voluntarily provide), use it to improve the site, and never sell it. Read the full policy below for detail.

Section 01

Who We Are

Better-Play.io ("Better Play", "we", "us", "our") operates an independent casino deals comparison and aggregation website. We are not a casino operator, do not accept bets or wagers, and do not hold any gambling licence. Our role is to scan publicly available casino bonus listings and present them to users in a clear, comparable format.

For the purposes of applicable data protection law — including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR 2016/679), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) — Better Play is the data controller in respect of personal data processed via this website.
